Working for E@W and Intuit has been super helpful when it comes to being a student, as they're incredibly flexible, and that's why they have education in the name... They want you to be a student first and a worker second, while still giving you the skills you need to become a professional when you graduate.

DURABLE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

Skills That Last a Lifetime
Lilianne Bastida
My communication skills have grown the most since starting this role. I've always been shy, but working here has pushed me outside my comfort zone. I've learned how to explain complicated issues clearly to people from all backgrounds, and over time, that's built up my confidence. I'm much better at solving conflicts now because I know how to stay calm, listen actively, and communicate effectively – even in challenging situations.
