Empowering Leading Employers to Build
TOMORROW’S
WORKFORCE
TODAY.
“We have converted several E@W students into full-time associates upon graduation with a seamless transition who are now some of our highest performers.”
Our work-based learning model delivers jobs and economic mobility for college students while supporting employer business objectives. Education at Work’s tuition assistance program is set up to drive high performance on two fronts – inside the classroom for students, and in the business environment for clients.
After years of building the E@W network, expanding to new campuses, and building relationships with business partners, we are proud that evidence shows our work-based learning (WBL) model is working.
These young adults, with fresh minds and flexible schedules, fill in-demand roles in project management, analytics, customer service and beyond. Our corporate partners are strengthening their employer brand, while developing a pipeline of early career professionals to fill critical talent needs.
Education at Work is proud to be awarded the Diversity Equity Inclusion Workplace Certificate by Diversity for Social Impact. We embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion as it is essential for creating a truly effective and transformative work environment. We value and respect the unique perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences of every individual.
Education at Work’s mission is to enable low-and-middle-income college students from traditionally underserved populations to secure a high-quality post graduate job through evidence-informed work-based learning programs.
Education at Work helps American businesses tap the talents of hard-working and tech-savvy college students to fill in-demand roles in project management, analytics, customer service and beyond. Our corporate partners are strengthening their employer brand, while developing a pipeline of diverse early career professionals to fill critical talent needs.
Education at Work is a part of Strada Collaborative, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower all learners — and those who serve them — by providing the critical resources, educational support, and career experiences that lead to equitable education and employment pathways.
Strada supports programs, policies, and organizations that strengthen connections between postsecondary education and opportunity in the U.S. The Strada Education Network works to identify, catalyze, and scale effective solutions that move individuals — especially those facing the greatest barriers to education and career success — beyond completion of degrees and credentials and into strong career paths.
Education at Work joined Strada’s network in 2015 as part of the national social impact organization’s philanthropic model of supporting mission-aligned, high-impact nonprofit organizations. Strada is dedicated to improving lives through purposeful connections between education and work.
